Tracy O’Rourke
Tracy O’Rourke brings over 30 years of experience to Delehanty Rinzler Druckman. As Director of Operations at Delehanty Rinzler Druckman, Tracy manages human resources, financial functions, administrative and business operations of the firm.
Tracy works closely with the founder of the firm to strategize and develop long-term operational plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the firm.
Tracy works with fellow lawyers and staff to streamline processes, promote growth, and lend support to our clients and staff with their various needs. She develops and implements policies and procedures and manages the administration of HR policies, programs, and practices.
With a background as a paralegal, Tracy’s legal acumen with a genuine passion and empathy sets her apart in fostering positive relationships as well as team dynamics promoting a culture of mutual trust and respect.
A strong proponent of lifelong learning, Tracy started her legal career with an Administrative Diploma from NBCC and continues to seek out opportunities for learning and growth.
Prior to joining Delehanty Rinzler Druckman, Tracy held various leadership positions within companies.
Outside the office, Tracy enjoys reading, watching a good documentary, and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Nicole E. Druckman is the founding lawyer at Delehanty Rinzler Druckman. In 2001, Nicole started out as a General Practitioner. Nicole quickly transitioned her practice to focus on Real Estate and Business Law. In 2004, Nicole introduced Immigration Law to her practice which quickly became her passion.
In addition to her law firm, Nicole owns other businesses and investment properties. This gives her the practical experience and knowledge to better serve her clients.
Nicole enjoys giving back to the community having volunteered on various boards throughout her career.
Today, our firm continues to offer legal services in the areas of Business, Real Estate, Immigration, Corporate and Commercial, and Wills &Estates.
